Please be true, the delicious fanboy tears would be hilarious. Cries of "we want a PS3 remake!" would last for years.

Getting my guns into FF XIII-2! Pretty good so far, but I feel like Square-Enix is trying too hard to be innovative and add all this other nonsense... The games are better with more simple character development (stats).

Also, I love my eye-candy and it seems like ever since FF10 I've been really disappointed with the spells/summons, except for #12. Too many people have been complaining about having to sit through spells, so the summons and spell effects suck now... I miss the days of Flare, Holy, Ultima, and all the summons almost giving me a seizure :P

Summons giving you seizures!!! Like Knights of the Round from FFVII, where the animation lasts like 2 minutes each time and is just the most dramatic thing ever hahaha

And I disagree FFVII is well due a remake!!! It's just THE final fantasy in my opinion :')

But FFXIII-2 I have to say is well surpassing my expectations, it's amazing!!!! So much better than the linear FFXIII and I love all the new aspects added to it, it's so well made!!!!!! :D

In XIII, do you have to beat all 3 of the chapter 13 bosses at once? You can't save in between and go back?

Yes and it's the same with all FF final bosses where you have to fight them without saving in between.

Can we talk about FFXIII-3 yet? :troll: Or is it too soon?

FFVII remake haven't been announced at Nintendo Direct Japan (an hour presentation) and US (14 mins presentation :fail: ). So I'm guessing it will be announce at E3 2012 but once again it's a rumour.

I think Square Enix will outsource FFVII remake to other company just like they did with FFIII and FFIV.

Just curious, why do you expect the remake of Final Fantasy VII to end up on a Nintendo system?

I don't expect FFVII to be on Nintendo system, I'm just following the based on the rumor and Square Enix FF remake history.

There's going to be a mass of fanboy suicides if it doesn't eventually get remade for the PS3. :ohno:

I hate the system of leveling up and battling system in FF12. I would need for those things to be fixed before I got it. I want a remake of ff9! Who doesn't want to see Vivi in HD? :legend:

I was confused by the ending of ffxiii-2!!!

And don't complain about the final bosses, in FFVII the whole end place was soooo hard and the end bosses very very hard and you only got to put one save point in the entire thing, so if you lost you could go back like 3 hours progress haha

Is it weird that I found Ultimecia way harder as a final boss than Sephiroth? Partly because of the monster leveling system in 8, which left me wholly unprepared the first time. But then there's Shockwave Pulsar, and Great Attractor, and knocking out your junctions...one of my favorite final bosses in the series.

God I love these games.

I think both Sephiroth and Ultimecia are easy if prepared. I mean, KotR just destroys EVERYTHING in 7 (makes it a bit of a joke, actually), and some Aura spells with Squall having Lionheart will decimate pretty much everything in 8. I actually think of the PS generation games, Necron was the hardest final boss for me. Grand Cross was such a pain in the ass.

I remember the first time I fought him, I totally wasn't prepared. I ended up beating him, but with three of my party members KOed, and Freya down to 1 HP. I only won because she was in trance mode, so I jumped with her, and she of course couldn't be hit and just kept raining spears down on Necron. It was the final spear throw before her trance ended that killed him, too. LOL, it was so epic! :)
