Atlas 1
http://reviews.ticketmaster.com/7171/1249444/lady-gaga-reviews/reviews.htm?page=3 Warming up acts were wayyyyyy too long, gaga did not come on until 9:30 and the show had started at 7:30, 2 hours of animation and beats was way too long Gaga was awesome, content was spectacular, but I feel her show should have lasted longer than 1 1/2 hours. Also would have preferred no opening act at all....vs the openers for ARTPOP. Opening act(s): some lame girl techno-DJ whose excessive volume-heavy bass beat rhythms drove us crazy. Lady GaGa was really fantastic. I would however recommend to anyone going to the show, if you are not a huge fan of anime or techno DJs for 45 minutes a piece don't show up any earlier than you have to. The anime cartoon sings like one of the chipmunks and easily grates on ones nerves and the DJ is just frankly boring. Thoughts? Maybe Crayon Pop can fare better than Hatsune & Starlight. gagaisitalian 3,573
No, the openers just suck. Crayon Pop will probably only make me people more mad for singing in a different language the entire time. And Starlight...well, I love the chick, but her opening sets are lacking more and more each tour. I loved her during TMB, found her interesting during BTWB, and now she is doing the same lame beat act that I saw at Roseland and it has made me lose all interest. Redstreak 6,653
I can understand some issues with Starlight, and some for Miku. But I think a lot of complaints for Miku just stem from your usual "different/never experienced before = bad" Take a moment to think of just flexibility, love, and trust~
chrismugler 944
Opening act(s): some lame girl techno-DJ whose excessive volume-heavy bass beat rhythms drove us crazy. but B.B.A. / Music Lover / Human.
Haus 152
Whoever wanted Starlight to tame her act got it, because all she does is play boring dance music for 45 minutes. I MUCH preferred her BTWB show, that was awesome. As for Hatsune... it was cool for like, 5 minutes. I'm excited that Crayon Pop's first night is Milwaukee, which I'll be attending. Batwings 12,859
For starters, have these people ever been to concerts before? The opening acts usually take up a substantial amount of time. Secondly, when you purchase a ticket, you're doing it for the main act. Unless the opening acts are just absolutely ghastly, I don't see the point in complaining. Chase 407
At the btwb starlight was WAYYYYY more entertaining then madeon who's set was literally 1.5 hours long, the only part I remember is him playing Stache and pretty sure he played part of aura before it even came out because I remember hearing the same isralie guitar with the same keys :MANiCURE:
