somechick 1
Looking back I wish I said that but they specifically told me camping out really isn't necessary for this one oh totally - camping overnight is not necessary, but it'd still be nice if like at 9/10am everyone got a numbered band and could bugger off for most of the day. lol
BoomKack 6,501
When I was talking to gaga's head security when doing fan project stuff (this was the day that the number system failed), they said they will never endorse or honor the number system because then they will be held liable for anything that happens. Don't really need it for this tour though. Security cares, but they can't be legally responsible for a fan-driven system I'm aware that they can't be responsible for anything like this which is understandable, I was thinking the fans would be more likely to honor the system because it makes it fair and organised. Surely if someone tried to cut and the security did nothing (because they don't care if the person doesn't have a number) the fans would try to do something? I think if you are going to wait in the line then you need to wait in the line - within reason eg toilet breaks and grabbing food if you are there all day. Otherwise come later or buy early entry. No, but during BTWB in America they gave out numbered wrist bands to EVERYONE so everyone got to go. I queued for the majority of 13 hours for the MSG show for ArtRave and some people were gone most of the day tbh. I left for like half an hour at lunch time to go get changed and dump my stuff but some people weren't there for hours on end in front of us. But they came back and took their spot. I didn't really have a problem with it. I mean I was close enough to the front of the queue anyway, but yeah going away for hours at a time kind is unfair to the people who actually do stay in the queue. One of my friends in NYC who didn't go to the show even said that it wasn't really fair, that's why I thought it'd be nice it they handed out wristbands like the last tour to make it fair for everyone to be able to leave.
