I feel like the beard is just for attention. If he really wanted to be a female, he would remove all signs of male genetics from him.  personally I don't care for his (her) music either... i'm not into that kind of music at all; it's far too theatrical for my taste...  and yes, the beard thing.. is about jarring people, getting attention by being different.. not much different than Gaga in that regard..  But you know what, I appreciate him doing something that's pushing the envelope. That has to be respected. Even if I don't personally like the music... I like the fact that he's different, because this is the sort of thing that pushes society's level of acceptance & social compassion to the next level.  And I like the fact that he's clearly following his heart and making his dreams happen. That's always inspirational.  So, big ups to him for pushing the envelope & following his dreams...  For those two reasons alone, I can see why Gaga digs him.. My opinion was not mean and nasty. In fact, I held back a lot of what I thought. And now people saying "you're a gaga fan and saying this" need to sit down. Sure I'm a Gaga fan but I'm also a real human being outside of this forum and I have my own opinions. Â I've seen many gifs and photosets of this dude being proud of himself for starting some sort of trend or being the leader of a new revolution. I see past this all.
