If you do write her something be either sincere or funny. Same goes with the gifts. A sign rarely works. The last time I remember she actually paid attention to it was back at the MB. Signs are also very annoying to people around you. I have a feeling Gaga dislikes it almost as much as people looking at their phone/camera the whole show. Just enjoy yourself and she will spot you. She'll look at signs and read them but rarely asks them to go backstage. Apparently in NYC the sign she read and asked to go back didn't go back due to security not believing them. I can understand that, though. When she read my letter they gave me full instructions on where to meet, what to do, etc and they knew my face.
