geopang 4,831
Try contacting the venue if ticketmaster was no help. Usually you can check your tickets at the box office/will call office

Burke 0
Yikes, that is my BIGGEST fear with hard copy tickets (and that's usually what I get). I've moved twice since mine came in the mail and I've literally had to tape them to the ceiling of my new apt during the move so I didn't lose them in the process. There has to be a way you can retrieve new ones if you have all the order info. I'd call the venue directly
Donatello 129
Should've opted in for insurance to cover situations like these
mmkay 846
So after talking to Ticketmaster.de I gained the information to Wizard Promotion who's Organizing the event. After sending them an email, they replied: As tickets are obliged to be handled like cash we are very sorry to have to tell you that the tickets cannot be reprinted. The normal procedure is as follows: You will get a confirmation from Ticketmaster that you have paid the tickets. Please bring a copy of that plus your identity card to the venue, where you will get access. So I got my problem solved! I still hope I get in to the event.
