I mean Gaga has sported fringe bangs in the past.    The idea that Gaga is playing a practical joke on Madonna by dressing up as Penny Marshall and tricking her into filming a sequel to A League of Their Own just makes me laugh…it was a stupid joke.  Google Image search Penny Marshall, it will make sense.
