AbuHassan1992 766 Posted May 5, 2014 Share Posted May 5, 2014 (edited) I was there.... it was not like her monsterball tour..... it was a pop rave.... she never mentioned ARTPOP ball ever..... there was an EDM gaga voice constantly saying.. #artrave ...... trust when I saw it was not a pop concert.. in fact not many people even knew VENUS or GUY or... anythign on ARTPOP... they def knew and sang to bad romance and paparazzi.. but the music was very heavy and there was a lot of techno/dance beats in between and during the songs.. enhancing them slightly it's called the ARTPOP ball...  and if there's a pop singer singing op songs it's a pop concert. I don't understand why people are complaining about the setlist It's just a list of songs how can it be bad or good, just be happy that you've got to see Gaga. From the videos I can say I love the party feeling from it. I would want the MJH performance to be changed, and performed in full, and the whole MJH segment outfit to be changed. And I think the stage was too high, I wouldn't want to stand under the catwalks tbh. the set list is just a list of songs? Its what helps to make the songs iconic and memorable. Its not because she is being lazy.  agreed- beyond the fanbase Joe Public is going to hear those songs and see the dance routines not stuff like Fashion or Donatella. But stop b---hing about it just because ARTPOP doesnĂ¹ùâÂŹĂąâÂąt have a clear and concise theme or message. The theme of the album is fun and partying. The artRAVE executes that theme perfectly. Does everything gaga makes have to have this deep meaning? Go listen to dope or gypsy if you want deep meaningful songs. Or better yet, if youĂ¹ùâÂŹĂąâÂąre complaining about wanting fame gaga back or monster gaga back then go listen to those albums and stay stuck in 2009. This is 2014. This is ARTPOP.
