What's wrong with doing a story for the concert? I think it's a great idea. She did that for The Monster Ball Tour and Born This Way Ball Tour that's what made them special.

Nothing wrong - as long as it works. I'd hate to see her try and shoe-horn songs in for the sake of telling a story.

For Fashion!, at the end the dancers walk wearing her past iconic outfits while catwalking then Gaga will wear the moving dress then the stagr has lasers and everything with lights flashing

I hope she creates special live versions for the songs from other albums, like Lovegame. A lot of fog + lasers. A lot of purple lightning ! A lot of remixes added to songs, like Lovegame performaces. A lot of dancing !

Aura: Gaga is lowered to the stage in a cage like the one at iTunes Festival. The stage is hazy for the intro. The arena is pitch black except for a red light on Gaga

Venus: Gaga stands at the stage speculated to rotate and sings "To the planet, to the planet, hand up!" like at artRave. Gaga wears a goddess inspired outfit.

G.U.Y.: Gaga rises from below the stage on a platform. She performs the song raised up. She wears all white like at Roseland. The dancers wear skimpy bikinis or blue jeans like in the video

Sexxx Dreams: Gaga is lowered back down to the stage. The platform has a stripper pole on it, which Gaga dances with to the bottom. She strips down to a bikini

Jewels N' Drugs: I see this just being used as an interlude with a video like the one at iTunes Festival

MANiCURE: Gaga wears high heels and the Venus wig. Only 2 girl dancers accompany

her on the stage. She does some rocky acapella at the end with a big roc concert type outro with the band freestyling

Do What U Want: Second to last song, first encore. Gaga wears a newspaper dress like seen on the leaked scenes of the video. She strips halfway through the song rem

Swine: Gaga starts at the piano there is one yellow light focused on her. She does the intro from iTunes Festival. As the song starts the lights go crazy and the swine cannon is wheeled on stage. During the first breakdown the "little piggies" from iTunes Festival appear on stage spraying neon silly string into the audience. Before the second breakdown Gaga walks to the cannon positioned at the rotating stage. When the breakdown starts she shoots the cannon while smoke erupts everywhere on the stage. Gaga goes crazy during "paint your face..." The dancers spray silly string again this time on the opposite stage

Donatella: Gaga walks on to the stage during the intro in a stilly outfit and a s-xy blonde wig. She wears huge heels. When the song kicks in she kicks off the heels and does choreography. She changes into a fame inspired outfit during the chorus

Fashion!: Donatella directly follows into Fashion! with an extended piano intro. The lights go out as Gaga changes into a Fame Monster outfit with the yellow MB wig. By the second chorus she has put on the white and black BTW wig with a Versace bikini similar to the one during TEOG at the BTWB

Mary Jane Holland: Gaga rises up on the stage during the intro. She hypes up the crowd screaming "Would you like to meet me and Mary Jane in holland tonight?!" She just sings ER heart out in a weed bikini like Halloween 2012. Her dancers do some choreo. During the bridge there is firework pyrotechnics. At the last chorus she flies from one end of the stage to the other end.

Dope: She sings at piano with her real hair and the plaid shirt

Gypsy: Gaga starts at the piano. She wears a beautiful formal dress at the Koons ball piano. When the song build up to "toniiiiiiight" her and the piano rise into the air. When the country part comes there are pictures of all the places Gaga was on the BTWB on the screen.

Applause: Gaga does a performance similar to her dream performance at the 2013 VMAs. The one she wanted. It's the final song. At the end of "A-R-T-P-O-P" the DJWS trap remix plays while Volantis is pulled out to stage. Gaga gets into it and flies off stage.

she could get barbecued in Swine. honestly, it's not my favorite AP song

but i have tons of ideas for it's performance. it could even be Kitchen themed 

where the Swine Cannon portrays a Pepper Grinder and shoots confetti to the audience.

 

in Fashion!, she should make it her "nostalgia" performance (along with Gypsy but refer to the OP)

where she wears and changes into

one of her iconic outfits, or the dancers could even wear them.

and then there's the CATWALKS.

I think that the MJH bridge is going to be the highlight of the show, tbh. I think that has the potential to slay EVERYTHING left and right!

It wouldn't surprise me at all if they used the catwalk for Fashion! tbh, with the dancers all wearing different stuff and walking that catwalk (a little bit like Vogue?).

PF will be acoustic, i'm almost sure, she's performed it acoustic at least three times this era (Jingle Bell Ball, Belvedere Gig, Roseland)
