So I live in Australia and I'm a good boy and wait for it to air here rather than watch it on the internet after it's been on in the US. My entire household waits until it airs at 8:30 monday and all, but last monday I flicked through the channels during the day and found the new episode playing at 1:30 pm :udidnt:

I really feel like I should start watching :flop:

I love zombie movies and stuff and it's like the biggest show ever at the moment so I feel like I'm missing out :spin: I'll give it a shot!

I am surprised by this season, I didn't had so much expectation after the mess of season 3 but this is one is much more balanced! I like that almost every regular character as a more balance screen time and character development, it's good they jump forward for this new season, it was definitely a good decision!

I agree. A lot of that has to do with the new show runner, Scott Gimple. The previous show runner was way more concerned with making cool action scenes than story, and he didn't really understand the characters. Scott Gimple clearly does, and what I love is that he's going to give every character their own story this year. So Beth, Carol and Hershel won't be lost in the background again.

Team Carol :legend:

I also love how they incorporated Tyreese's rampage against the horde and the walker horde in this episode! Those parts blew me away in the comics!

I had a heart attack when the zombies got near her! I thought Rick wasn't going to reach her in time!

I was thinking the same thing! Made me soo happy to see it!

Omg though, Glenn or Herschel better not die! I'll be so damn sad! My poor Maggie can't lose them!

Everyone wants Carol and Daryl to become a thing but I saw some sparks between Daryl and Michonne in this episode lol.

I'm not really liking/connecting with Beth, she's just too dead and robotic/unsympathetic; I know it's a result of what's happened to her but a lot of the characters have gone through things worse than she has experienced and still have hope, show emotion/vulnerability, and/or possess empathy.

I think Beth's "cold" attitude is a front. She's trying to appear tough (and she is, just not as tough as she's trying to convice herself that she is), but she still feels things. That scene where she was talking with Maggie through the door, and talking about Hershel; she was crying there. She's still scared, I think.

I totally ship Daryl and Michonne :P

It'd be kind of ironic considering his brother was a giant racist
