The disparity between the two numbers as well as 'shipments' header implies sold to retailers.

You didn't give a link to the IFPI report which nowhere names the word Shipments.

Well..... If C2C gets the promotion that it needs, it will get people talking about it and some people might want to see another side of Gaga? It will also have a whole new fanbase that it appeals to AND it will have a chance at getting some kind of praise from critics.

 

It's a 50/50 at this point.... The only thing is how many jazz albums have sold really well?  :shrug:

Its mostly Pop-Soul kind of music

C2C will sell less or almost as ARTPOP, but regardless of that number, the impact and respect gained from C2C will be much greater
