They're talented in their own ways. JLo is extremely versatile in the entertainment industry as she dabbles into a bit of everything while Mariah has mastered the art of singing and is the embodiment of pop perfection (at least in the majority her career )

I wouldn't necessarily call it a talent, but more like a circumstance of your environment and upbringing. I'm not saying that it isn't impressive, because I'm not bilingual myself, but it just seems sort of nitpicky to point out that speaking another language is one of the reasons why she's "more talented" than Mariah.

Yes 

I mean, it is necessary to have talent to be a good singer. But it is not an indicator that you're getting a #1.

Million Reasons deserved to be a #1 song, but I guess Gaga was "out of luck".
