It's the 2nd time now that the queen in THIRD place has somehow won, thanks to a last minute twice at the finale.

In season 9, Shea had done the best statistically, Trinity 2nd, Sasha third.

In AS3, Shangela had done the best, Bebe 2nd, and Trixie a very close third.

That's just the track record! You can't dispute the facts. These past 2 seasons Ru has thrown a random twist that's let the 3rd place queen win both times. It's odd. Clearly Sasha + Trixie won those finale lip syncs, but are the format of the twists fair? Idk girl. I felt bad for Shea and even worse for Shangela. This was her 3rd try and she really deserved it.
