Lana told a couple times that the mixing process takes the most of her time recording and finishing an album. I'm not sure if Gaga has the same way of working of course, but if she is going for that indie vibe Lana has the mixing probably will take some time. For exemple he teased in August 2015 that Gaga was doing an organic album, and Ronson said it like this month x) For the festival a thread has been done today, LadyGagaNow said that apparently Gaga has been enlisted to perform at Global Citizen Festival.
