Lady Gaga made a surprise performance during Jazz Night at Hollywood's Black Rabbit Rose bar on Thursday night. "I'm here to ruin the party, I'm so sorry," she joked before singing Frank Sinatra's "Call Me Irresponsible" with the local band. Watch above!
