I'm assuming they have Tourette's syndrome. It can't be controlled so it should probably not really be a story. Imagine how humiliating it would be to have an episode like that in such a public setting.27 points

Well, I must say that I was very struck by the tone of yesterday's news story about Liza and Gaga's appearance at the Oscars. I was struck by the fact that Liza had used those words to refer to Gaga, not because either of them is a saint or an angel, but because they seemed particularly malicious. So I had no choice but to find out who the real author of these memoirs is, which is Michael Feinstein. The book is clear on this point: it's not Liza typing on her computer, it's an artificial construct created by Feinstein, an “old friend” of the artist. So far, so good. But who exactly is Michael Feinstein? Something smelled fishy, so I had no choice but to track down past news articles and publications in which this man had mentioned Gaga. And what did I find? To ABSOLUTELY NO ONE'S surprise, this man is an obsessive Gaga hater who has never missed an opportunity in the past to speak ill of her. Like any good OGH, there are times when he praises her (because, deep down, he admires her deeply) and others, mostly, when he simply talks ****: he has criticized her duets with Tony for sounding “synthetic,” referred to her jazz covers as a “stunt,” and even said that she is an Edith Piaf impersonator (?). Here, for example, is the post in which he celebrates Edith Piaf's birthday and shows how much he cares about Piaf by ending up talking about Gaga lol. https://www.facebook.com/MichaelFeinsteinOfficial/posts/birthday-legend-edith-piaf-1915-1963-arguably-one-of-the-most-recognizable-frenc/2337767559585811/25 points

Yeah that's unacceptable. People who are paying such high prices for good seats shouldn't have their view blocked like that. Well actually, nobody should have their view blocked like that no matter the price.24 points

As someone with Tourette's whose symptoms have drastically reduced over time, I used to dread public places when I was a child because I would end up humiliating myself and my family if I was out with them. I still have nightmares of the things I've said in front of people24 points

I truly don’t understand why some of y'all are turning so much on DiscoGa all of a sudden this era For the longest time, I remember people BEGGING for some disco music. Aside from the constant “I want dark pop! Something electronic/industrial/rock!” talk, disco/funk has been the most requested genre for her to tackle. Also, judging by the way some people reacted to her Grammys performance, I just know y’all are gonna hate even the dark/electronic/indsutrial stuff she’s gonna do for Requiem. Anyway, the song sounds f*cking great and I’m excited that we finally get to hear this Sunroof leak! I always thought it sounded really cool, but wondered if it was just a scrapped MAYHEM song. Looks like it is—similar to TDD—but I also loved that song, so I’m ok with it19 points

There's a reason why tickets get expensive as you get closer to stage. There's a reason why Ticketmaster has an Obstructed view tag. Think about it a little. You'll be able to connect the dots.19 points
