  1. The book has been officially delivered Thank you again to my bestie @ChicaSkas and the talented @antonique (for the third time I think? ). It was seriously great working on this project with the two of you. Rallying our little pocket community and transferring the devotion, stories, and love of GGD's Monsters to the page for Gaga to physically hold in those talented hands of hers is probably the coolest thing I've ever been a part of. And thank you to the 100+ people that sent a letter. I hope our stories find a permanent place on Mother Monster's bookshelf I love you all!

  2. I gasped. Judas Spotify streams growth: May 2020 — 100M Sep 2025 — 940M 🔥 That is thanks to JJK/anime fans for making Judas trend on TikTok. Also, Lady Gaga's Coachella gave it a peak on both Spotify Global & Billboard Global charts. SHE IS AHEAD OF HER TIME INDEED.

  3. CEO Michael Rapino and Smith Entertainment Group CEO Ryan Smith said this week that live events are more central than ever to culture and commerce in a post-pandemic world. According to Goldman Sachs, the live music industry is expected to grow at a 7.2% compounded annual rate through 2030, fueled by Millennials and Gen Z. Smith bought the NBA’s Utah Jazz in 2020 and launched a new NHL franchise in the state in 2024. “In sports, we’re really media companies,” Smith said. “We’ve got talent, we’ve got distribution. We’re putting on a show or a wedding or something every night.” Rapino also emphasized how the economics of music have shifted. With streaming revenue dwarfed by touring income, live shows have become a primary source of revenue for artists. “The artist is going to make 98% of their money from the show,” he said. “We just did Beyonce’s tour. She’s got 62 transport trucks outside. That’s a Super Bowl she’s putting on every night.” Despite headlines about rising ticket prices, Rapino argued that concerts are still underpriced compared to sporting events. “In sports, I joke it’s like a badge of honor to spend [$70,000] for Knicks courtside,” Rapino said. “When you read about the ticket prices going up, it’s still an average concert price [of] $72. Try going to a Laker game for that, and there’s 80 of them [in a season].” The cost of admission for movies, theaters and concerts rose 3.4% in August from a year earlier, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ consumer price index data, outpacing the full index’s increase of 2.9%. Meanwhile, the cost of admission for sporting events last month fell 0.5%, compared to the same time last year. Rapino also said technology, including AI-driven ticketing, could make buying tickets smoother. “Most websites are going to be challenged in the future, as you’re going to use that chatbot,” Rapino said. “We think ticketing, and how you find that ticket and how you can get that ticket, needs to be improved.” https://www.cnbc.com/2025/09/17/live-nation-ceo-demand-concert-tickets-underpriced.html

  5. So remember this?: Well, Ned Fulmer has returned to the internet by interviewing his now ex-wife who he cheated on: Apparently, this is his way to start a podcast where he talks about people at their lowest moments, and his controversy is his first subject. ---- WHAT is this timeline?

  7. It was so genius of Gaga to open Coachella/The Art of Personal Chaos with Bloody Mary to Abracadabra to Judas. That was so serious & HUGE. These 3 hits TRENDED ONLINE THIS DECADE, it was a perfect way to reconnect with early fans AND connect with new fans from another generation. Thank goodness she stayed with that perfect opening from Coachella to THE MAYHEM Ball. Spotify streams for those 3 dark-pop hits: Title - Total streams (+daily) Judas - 940,365,915 (+924,909) Bloody Mary - 710,987,195 (+462,345) Abracadabra - 564,923,765 (+1,118,413) Come through Halloween boost.

  8. I don't understand why people say that Abracadabra is the only song that harkens back to her "signature style". To me, every song sounds like classic Gaga, even the less popular ones like Don't Call Tonight. Gaga is a multi faceted artist and she's at home in a plethora of genres. I dont get why people try to place her in a synthpop shaped box when she's done so much more from the very beginning of her career ALSO If the whole thing was dark industrial electronic pop, y'all would have complained that it's repetitive. We have 3 disco funk songs (Zombieboy, TDD and Kill for Love) and that's too much for some people. The first 4-5 songs stand out because there is contrast on the album.

  9. Dear @ChicaSkas and @PartySick: Thank you for your tireless work and enthusiasm in making this book a reality, from its inception to the delivery. I so wish you both could've delivered it to Gaga yourselves, but ultimately getting the book to her by whatever means possible was most important. Thank you also for giving all of us the opportunity to submit a letter if we so desired; you both do so much for the community here! @antonique, your illustrations are amazing; thank you for lending your talents to this endeavor.

  10. Thank y'all for the opportunity! I've wanted to get a letter to her since 2009 and it took y'all to make it happen 💜

  12. It’s not trying to be anything. It’s genius. IMO it’s better than Bad Romance. Abracadabra saved my ears to be totally honest

  13. Y'all complained that the last 2 albums were too consistent and samey so she said **** you cigarettes, heres every instrument, genre and vibe under the sun, now dance you mother****ers OT; no, that would be too samey, I love the mix of everything, but I do wish the last few songs had more tempo and rythm or were placed differently to not kill off the album in the last 3 songs after she gave everything possible .

  14. I love it all. And anyone who feels like the rest of the music isn’t signature Gaga music is clearly discounting the vast majority of her catalogue. For every Poker Face, there’s a Money Honey and The Fame (the song). But I also could use more Abra and Disease like music.

  15. I agree. Gaga deserves the highest grossing tour of all time. Open up those piggy banks and purchase for once @theentirefanbase.

  16. Yessss! Thank you all once again for the opportunity, it was so amazing to see everyone come together to make this book-I’m sure she’ll love it!

  17. I’ve literally been a Gaga fan since 2009 and yet I was today years old when I discovered she sings the following lyrics in Poker Face: “P-p-p-poker face, f-f-**** her face (mum-mum-mum-mah)” I always thought she sang P-p-p-poker face twice. How have I never noticed it before. I literally can’t unhear it now. I feel like my life would’ve been so different had I known this 15 years ago!

  18. It sounds nothing like Bad Romance, the only similar thing is that she sings her name in both songs if anything, you could compare it to Venus

  19. She’s healed her relationship with her fame since Joanne and Chromatica, when it was probably its worst. I don’t think she’ll ever completely disappear for an extended period.

  20. The opinions in this topic are so wrong lol MAYHEM is a solid album, probably her best After 7 months I can say which songs I like more than others but there's no bad song in this album

  21. I think most people heard Disease and Abracadabra and thought that Mayhem would sound like those two songs. People heard that it was "Gaga's return to her dark-pop roots", immediately thought of TFM & BTW and ran with it. They got disappointed it wasn't exactly that and got a bit salty. But that happens with each Gaga drop, doesn't it? Of course this doesn't apply to everyone, but that's my takeaway from the fans who voiced how they felt let down. Personally, I think it's perfect as is and the inclusion of CSTH, TDD & KFL made Mayhem sound even more whole, if that makes sense.

  22. My ideal Mayhem includes no Abracadabra so I disagree. I would like more songs like Perfect Celebrity, Shadow of a Man and Vanish Into You though.

  25. Thing is, when you look deep down at it, you can see she’s taking it to another level when it comes to dramatic kind of performances lately, which makes me think that she’ll probably take some time after Mayhem era for: either, go build her family and then go for broadway (very likely), or maybe go straight into a broadway production. Music industry has changed so much this generation and, I don’t know… I feel like it’s gonna get each time harder for acts from her generation to connect with the way music has been right now.

  26. Im sorry but the Mayhem Ball is probably the last concert ill keep on trying really hard to attend from a a-list contender. And that’s all because it’s Gaga, I mean, I’m a true fan who’s here through all the good and the bad and also for the love I have for her and her art. Otherwise, if industry is gonna keep going with it this way, then no more money coming from me.

  27. Guys, @ChicaSkas @PartySick @antonique thank you so much for everything you did to make this happen, I really appreciate the effort of each one of you to make sure everything was done right and mostly, for taking your time to even checking our letters and getting back for corrections, reviews and everything else. You’re all so blessed for all of this, true beautiful souls that have to keep guarded by the most precious guardians in this universe. Thank you!

  28. Well, not interested in listening. But I am glad knowing she is no longer with him. She deserves better, especially since she is from a family with oil money. Hope the divorce were smooth from prenup.

  31. Wait, we're still talking about this? Idk why fans are confused. Every album, aside from Chromatica, has always included multiple musical genres??

  32. Any sentence beginning with “mayhem should have been” is ridiculous lol its a perfect 10/10 album

  33. Honestly after she added the bonus tracks the album feels complete. The album would feel too one note if it was only abracadabras. Although she could replace that unseasoned taylor swift type track with an abracadabra type one.
