I think Hatsune embodies the blending of ART (the vocaloid technology and projections) and POP (the actual music). We celebrated Gaga for being vomited on for the sake of challenging society's pre-conceived notions of what it means to be an artist. But when we're presented with Hatsune, some say "omg shes not even a reel person god $200 for smething that isn't real ew no thanks". When she says ARTPOP could mean everything, she meant it.
