Hatsune Miku, even though it's a vocaloid, required a lot of talent and hard work to make. Something like this doesn't happen just like that, it actually requires real talent. People think Hatsune is trash because it's not a human being, but there are a ton of talented individuals working as hard or harder than normal singer-songwriters to put this show together under her name. She was running around stage, as if she was pretending she was an airplane, and she disappeared once in a while to go backstage to do god knows what. I don't know... I saw her during it too - she entertained the crowd at my show. I will admit her BTWB opening sucked though. It just never went anywhere or had any energy. Retep 0 Posted April 15, 2014 Share Posted April 15, 2014 Forever pressed I never saw Zedd open for her, kinda wish it went to an up and coming act like Madeon or Martin Garrix (EDM esque); this could be cool though. Should've promoted Xscape with a holo-Michael instead though . On the plus side at least I don't have to sit through a longer LS set than necessary. I think Hatsune embodies the blending of ART (the vocaloid technology and projections) and POP (the actual music). We celebrated Gaga for being vomited on for the sake of challenging society's pre-conceived notions of what it means to be an artist. But when we're presented with Hatsune, some say "omg shes not even a reel person god $200 for smething that isn't real ew no thanks". When she says ARTPOP could mean everything, she meant it.
