Basically, Fusari promised to pay Starland for discovering Gaga, he didn't... blah blah. They talk about Gaga and Fusari sleeping together while working, their relationship... Starland claims that Fusari was interested in Gaga for the prospect of money and fame. (Ouh and it's also said that Fusari and Starland slept together) Starland and Gags were friends... In her deposition, Gaga said she wasn't aware of any contract between Starland and Fusari and is kinda saying Fusari can't be trusted. Nothing new really... Funny things: "It took an extraordinarily high level of skill for Starland to identify Germanotta as someone who had enough talent to be commercially successfull." Ya, it was SO HARD to see Gaga's superstar potential... Starland is such a visionary. "22. Starland asked Germanotta to write -and Germanotta wrote- a recommandation letter for Starland, following which Germanotta stated: "Just don't sue me, Wendy." 23. I skimmed most of it (not the exhibits at the end) but it's an argument over an agreement that was supposedly made between Fusari and Starland about "discovering" Gaga and what kind of money Starland (who claims she discovered Gaga) should be paid. Not sure who will win, nothing was written down and there wasn't a real "negotiation" about who would be paid what, but my guess is that Starland will get some kind of compensation. I think the blacked out parts mostly indicate things to do with finance, and some appear as though they breach the conditions of the "sealed documents", that from reading the rest of the case, are seemingly are about the 'personality' of Fusari and the personal relationship between Gaga and Fusari?
