That's cause Lana isnt as big as Gaga. Radios worldwide may start playing West Coast for the first time long after its release even though it's not the current single and the label has moved on

 

In Greece at least radios were still playing Video Games and Blue Jeans in the summer of 2012 despite National Anthem being the current single then. It got airplay much later when those two songs slowed down

I just assumed that SOC, UV and BB were promo singles since they came out in succession of each other in the lead up to the album release... Idk I'm confused too Has anything apart from West Coast been sent to radio?
