Its scary to see Jennifer Lopez failing to have a hit with such exposure on tv and songs and videos that scream hits, that are made with the best composers, producers and directors. For me its a clear message that today artists must stick with the public and try their best to not loose their momentum.

Lady Gaga has already lost the GP. It's going to be very hard for her to win them back...

Now she has to do a very catchy album with potential huge hits. She has to work with the best writers and producers. The ones who know how to do hits (RedOne, Pharell, Sia, Guetta...)

Next one has to be commercial. She has to hire a great team for a strong promo. I hope that Scooter Braun rumour is true.

Sorry to say that but the 'Music not the bling' thing is just going to make her a has-been. Sad to say that she has to do some commercial material to stay in the game...

Ehh, hardly.

It's just that pop stans like to focus on Rihanna's success, but when she underperforms massively, they look the other way.

As they should.

ICON success is all that matters, not her flops

Maybe it's cause she's gotten old. Or maybe it's because she's been releasing the same song with the same video over and over for the last three years

don't follow my instagram (trying out reverse psychology)

Yet when Gaga flops, she's "over"

She was "over" after Marry the Night, but look at Applause, one of her biggest hits

Yeah, she slayed sooo hard with On The Floor because it was a Pitbull collab and the sound was ahead of it's time (along with LMFAO and Pitbull himself)  but after a while she kept spamming the same type of music and it got old. She needs to throw out another jam that sounds advanced for this age (which would be very difficult this time around) and she needs to drop pitbull which she kinda already has

You don't deserve a point of view if the only thing you see is you.

On The Floor was a catchy dance track and she hadn't been that exposed for a while when she dropped it. Also people weren't as sick of Pitbull as they are now.

Lol at you calling On The Floor ahead of its time.

It was exactly in the same league as every other dance song on the radio

OTF was doing good because it had that catchy lambada verse which was recognised by even my parents. thats why it was so popular imo.

On The Floor is such an anthem :music:

She could have three sure smash hits on the album and 10 experimental songs, and it'd still perform quite well.. As long as the first half of the album has the best songs.

And I don't think Gaga can smash with a very commercial song. Gaga has to try something a little bit different to get a big hit..

yes I agree unless it's something really commercial (like Pharell produced) but at the same time different for Gaga etc.  I really want a pharell produced track by Lady Gaga   And I'm gonna need Gaga to work with Garibay and Rick Rubin both of em on the same tracks, can u imagine :legend:  I want more universal sound for the next album.  Imagine  Pharell, Darkchild, Garibay, Rick Rubin, Red One and DJWS for next album ? :legend:

Your. Idea. Is. Brilliant.

Rick Rubin, Pharell & DJWS in just a few songs.

RedOne & Darkchild could make tons of new songs for her and I won't mind.
