Because looks a lot like Unless they put in video footage from January 2013 into the DWUW video, I wouldn't see why it would be in any video form unless it was the documentary??? I remember her saying that the surgery would be in the documentary, and people speculated (when we thought the DWUW video was gonna be released) that it would also be in the video. Maybe both tie in together??? Wasn't that around the fat rumours? Maybe that's why it's in the video. I remember the media ruckus around the fat shaming was mainly around the European leg in August-October 2012. This was January 2013 in Los Angeles, which was still close then.
