I strongly feel that before the real artRAVE begins on her downtime after Roseland, she should begin proceedings to sue Perez and file a restraining order against him.

She has more than enough evidence that he is a psycho-obsessive stalker, but yet she's sitting around doing nothing about this situation, letting it get worse.

I know that Perez wouldn't kill her,but I know it will eventually lead to something seriously damaging to her career and her mentality. :ohno:

Do you think during her downtime before artRAVE that she should begin filing a libel/slander lawsuit and restraining order against him? Why or why not? Discuss, children. :classy:

No, I think she should leave him alone unless he does something stupid again… Or if it turns out he's Angela Cheng  :toofunny:

I think most celebrities should do that to be honest. maybe so he can get an actual job (while I do consider blogging a job if you're good at it, but all he does is obsess and stalk celebs with no actual objective) so he can support his child and maybe prevent his child from having the sh!t beaten out of him for having a man like that for a father.

She can't really prove he's a "stalker"
but she would just get a restraining order if she could prove that, not sue, likely

Yes, it's the only way to prove he's Angela

If he's Cheng and/or connected to propagating the stuff that Interscope fired staff and blew $25 million then Interscope should be the ones taking legal action.

Gaga shouldn't comment, but it's hard. She's caught between ignoring it and then the rumor taking off like the $25 mill, but if she acknowledged it early on people would have assumed it was true since she talked about it and blamed her for it getting around...

I just want the people who run those kinds of things found out, very publicly, online. IP addresses -> Identity, and then have a blog where you show their picture, name and shame them. They know they're pathetic to hate on a popstar all day long, that's why they use a pseudonym. You're fair game if you're posting that sort of sh!t, so you should become a meme of patheticness as a result.

So you don't call him moving into the apartment next door to hers and him saying he was going to her birthday show at Roseland stalking?

Moving into the same apartment building - I don't think it was actually 'next door' to her if I remember right - defined 'stalking' or sustainable of a legal case, no, weird and strange, yes?

Paying to see a music performer live - not a valid legal claim for stalking

Adding these two things up = not enough evidence yet

We also have Gaga's text from him the day she cancelled the BTWB,the one with Madonna pointing a gun to her head with KARMA in big red letters.Plus all his tweets and him retweetng/favoriting death threats and slanderous things on Gaga.

It'll be easier to sue him for slander/libel,but probably not so much stalking.
