General Public doesn't care if it's ARTPOP,Born This Way or The Fame.. They just listen a song and if they like it ,they buy it.. This song needs more promo.. But it doesn't get any promo Songs don't need promotion. It helps, but just a little. Airplay is the best form of promotion, social media is second and television would be third. I highly doubt a performance would help GUY. And FYI, the iHeartRadio isn't promotion for the viewers.
