I think that if Gaga plays her cards right the ACT II can make miracles. First of all Gaga needs to use all potential of Act I with 1-2 singles till December. If that happens the album will probably top 2M+ WW and she may get one more hit. I think that the ACT II must be really small EP with like 7 songs. That way the album can be sold for a much lower price of 6,99$ for example and she can also sell both ACTS combined for 19,99$. That way a lot of new potential are born because she now has a whole new chance with a new era and a new lead single + performance in space. If the 2-3 singles of the EP become big hits the cheap album will definitely push 4M+WW and 1MWW of ACT I since they will be sold together and it will also be big promotion for the first act. This could push the project to 7M+, something that seems impossible now. This is similar to TF-TFM strategy and its a very promising one.

Do people actually think we're getting more singles? :lmao: and do people actually think that if they indeed move to the fourth single, radio will give it a chance? :toofunny:

I'd like Gaga to release a single not from ARTPOP, maybe something that was unreleased or something new she has made. Release it with no album attachment, see if it does well...and if it does sell...re-release ARTPOP with that song and a remix for it on the album.

528. G.U.Y. on iTunes

Glad it's still there.

149. Katy Perry - Birthday

546. Lady Gaga - G.U.Y.

597. Katy Perry - Birthday

Birthday second version coming at G.U.Y like a Dark Horse  :ohno:

With the MV coming soon, an entry in the top 50 should suffice. And given her track of decent weekly VEVO views, I'm rooting for a top 40 at least on the HOT 100 for the next tracking period. It's currently at #137 on iTunes.

I agree. If this album came after rihanna's stay or something like that it would have been another story. No one was there to overshadow her, and the album would have probably done much better at least in its initial sales. I know that competition is part of the industry, but having all of these releases late 2013 really hurt her.

544. G.U.Y. on iTunes

I honestly thought it'll have a better chance to get a higher peak than its debut. But it has never shown strength ever since its MV got released. If ever it doesn't rebound at all, it'll have the same peak as Britney's Perfume.

I can see this happening, as long as there is some BIG promo in the June 3 week gap of the tour, I think that has been put there on purpose. I have a feeling she will be promoting something big in that time worldwide, might even just be G.U.Y. or the next single and maybe some stuff for the APP too.

I think she should also be the superbowl halftime act of 2015, I know it's not likely and it will probably coldplay or something, but it's the biggest promo spot there is, that combined with the space performance could propel ACT II to do really well if she used suprbowl to debut the lead single of ACT II or something. Just the idea of this is getting me excited  :excited2: I can only hope lol. Please do it Bobby?

OMG

G.U.Y. IS LIKE MARRY THE NIGHT 2.0

:omg:

It went top 30 on the HOT 100 and hit gold. At this rate, G.U.Y. will be lucky to hit that.
