Katy is at her peak and good for her Gaga was at her peak during TF-TFM and halfway during BTW it died down. She took the world by a storm during those years, she had her moment. And y'all really need to stop worrying about Birthday. It's a KATY PERRY single with no video or promo, and most people don't even realize it's her next single since Dark Horse is still slaying.
