No amount of radio support in the coming days will possibly push this more than 200 spots. It's just extremely unlikely and should not be an expectation of anyone. Let it grow, and then a televised performance on a musical-oriented program should suffice for a sizeable boost. There's no way radio will support this single by the end of April if this single couldn't move beyond the top 300. Hence, a TV promo spot to boost it is a must. Wasn't it 301 some 10 hours ago? Yeah, that's how far I saw it rise before I went to bed. Maybe because of the country music awards? Edit: oh no, it really did fall, I remember it going above RITD and One More Night. Applause has dropped 35 spots since the ACMs tonight. There are probably at least 15 to 20 country songs that have moved up between spots 210 and 340. There are things in place to help prevent this from happening, but it's the Chart Thread posters that will determine the success of this thread. Derailing the thread and turning it into some kind of Stan War or thread about other artists just ruins the experience for the people posting in this thread and makes a mess for the moderators to clean up. (Honestly, clicking through six pages of a thread where 80% of the posts need to be hidden is NOT my ideal Sunday night, and it's a shame that we're having to deal with this kind of problem AGAIN. So instead of having to do all that, let's just move on and understand that anyone continuing this junk after the thread is reopened will be given some hefty warning points, and perhaps a 24 hour ban to cool it if that doesn't stop them.)
