One performance on Ellen is more than enough to give the song a push. While g.u.y. is edgy, s-xual, and loud. G.u.y. could have been a good forth single. instead. Aslong as the next single is gypsy not s-xxx dreams, i'm fine. It's not cause i dont like s-xxx dreams. i just think s-xxx dreams would create a worse image for gaga. she needs to win the gp back... no other song besides gypsy can do that. it's already been proven. We already know the GP likes the song, seen in the sales after performances, so it may be able to build up. She needs to release the video AFTER the song release. maybe release a lyric video or audio before hand so people know it exists. GUY was definitely a mutual decision. Interscope won't pay for GUY video and promotion (lol) if they didn't want it. Gypsy was never released. Gypsy was never released. it wasnt released as a single, but it was put in the Interscope Promotion for a second or 2, which probably hinted it would have been.
