Thing is, he only knows the real sales for South Korea, Japan, the UK, Canada and the US. The rest he ESTIMATES based on chart position. He does it like: this market is 20x smaller than the US, so the #1 probably sells 10k and the #2 7k and the #3 6k and the #4 5k etc... He does not use any reliable sources.

This and there have been reports all year round how non-major markets are becoming bigger, probably due to the expansion of iTunes I'd say and developing countries welcoming the new century :ohwell:

The increase is nice but it has to remain stable after that ! It's been more than a week G.U.Y. has great updates during the day but fall very hard at night !

very true. however, I'd prefer for its stability to be higher than where its been falling to every day, yanno?

That's what I am saying sadly enough. Sge can become indie and still release.

*It wouldn't have bothered me as much if it wasn't the same girl that opened with more than 2.1 million copies the first week with her previous album

It is weird, right? Even with all the backlash how could so many people have just abandoned her and not give her music a try? Not even free through Spotify or other streaming services. Promo (proper promo) is a big issue as well. There's been no worldwide promo yet in BTW she was everywhere all over the world.
