Mills 446
I hope the buzz around her tour will help sales... This iTunes drop is rather discouraging...I hope radio gets above 100 mill... I don't care if she pulls a Rihanna... A non-entry in the top 100 on iTunes will be a huge hindrance for radio to give it a 100M AI. With these stats this album has pulled so far, I'm extremely doubtful we'd get a smash from the current material. I'd be happy if we get a top 30 hit with a gold status. Ascetic 0
it shot down lmao Well a Top 40 would be lucky in this case then since most of her singles usually shoot up to their peaks and then fall

Like It Rough 144
Venus, Sexxx Dreams and Gypsy the only true smashes on the album tbqmfh. (Along with Applause and DWUW). GUY is just too "out there", no catchy chorus, hard to dance to, no hetero friendly. I've played it for people and they think she wants to be a man. Don't even discredit Venus and say it's one of the first songs on the album and it was a promo single. Dope got 10x more it's promo, was on YouTube awards, and a promo single and has sold less. Even ARTPOP, the title track, more promo, and the first song in the video wasn't as popular as Venus. I think she should release Venus as next single and then re-release DWUW and end this era. Mills 446
I wouldn't risk a possible third single to not peak within the top 10 of the HOT 100. If G.U.Y. fails to rebound, it'd be better to call it quits and just prepare for the supposed ACT II. The more singles she'd not be able to send to the top 10 of the HOT 100 from this era, the more it'd be highlighted as her worst yet. And the more her brand will be tagged with underperformance. degenerate 526
Would re-releasing DWUW actually be a smart idea or do we just think it would be?

Ascetic 0
Why do they not just discount it to $0.69? Like who cares about the negative attention just let it shoot to the Top 100 so people are encouraged to buy it
Mills 446
Would re-releasing DWUW actually be a smart idea or do we just think it would be? It won't. It has been performed thrice on three huge programs on TV dedicated to a musical audience. And yet it didn't get a better peak than its debut. This is like the mess when people thought that MTN was literally bout her wanting to get married to the night

PdogtheDaibutsu 717
Does anybody think releasing the video so early was a mistake? If the video were to be coming out this Saturday, it would be a completely different story on the charts.
