After the fiasco in August with him turning up at her apartment, you'd think he'd stop this, but now it's just getting genuinely creepy as hell. Restraining orders are hard to get unles you want to go to court and pay several hundred dollars. You have to prove a time length of harazment that the person is out of their mind. If you ever feal that- you should have detail dates written down, text messages (don't delete) and write down everything - time, date, and what was said or occured. Otherwise forget it. Just remember to record everything. The police will have somthing to go on, and the Judge has cause to give you a restraining order. Just personal experiance. The officer should give you their card after you give a statement . Call that officer if you have any further trouble. Which can happen - it did. If fans show up they mean Gaga **no harm.** All they want for a split second is to be close to their Goddess! Love and Admiration stems from that. Gaga loves that. Perez might not want to hurt her either but Perez is doing this out of pure hate so he can further his own nasty hateful agenda. Yes he does need to find another hobby.
