i expected everything to go far worse, there was no song, video, performance or whatever that would have made this era a massive success, it was just impossible

She's not over. Yet she is in a dangerous place in terms on being the biggest pop star in the world.

Artists such as Madonna and Christina Aguilera, for example, have fallen down. They have been in the turning point. What Gaga does with the next non-ARTPOP album is what decides I think. Madonna did make it back, and went bigger than ever before. While Christina didn't make it for example.

Those are probably a handful of the typical naysayers. She wasn't that huge when Just Dance got released. It took months before she finally sneak herself atop the spotlight. And no one could possibly claim that she's "over" all throughout the era of The Fame and The Fame Monster (2009-2010) where she dominated the most, both critically and commercially. It was only during the BTW era when claims were loudly made, especially after Judas tanked the charts and the infamous 2nd week drop of BTW's album sales. The reception ARTPOP is getting ever since its release only revived those calls.
