I AM SORRY I'M SCREAMING BUT OMGGGGGGG That song is better that the majority of the songs in ARTPOP in my opinion, but it is true that it didn't fit on the album. Really I can feel the passion, the strenght in BN, just like I can feel in BTW (the whole album). It is amazing and catchy and a not basic radio friendly music!!!! We'll see how it turns out with mastered production though. :) I kind of feel like this song's about Luc, since it's set in Brooklyn, "7 years of our bad luck dating", "It's not that I'm really over it," etc. As happy as I am that Gaga is with Taylor and they work together wonderfully, I feel like rocky relationships and a first love are always more inspiring for creativity. I totally understand that, as someone who still pulls from her first love, as unhealthy and heartwrenching as it was, to tap into hard emotions and conjure inspiration.
