I don0t think that she could defend herself like that. What she does are injuries and slander a person without a reason and just talking about lies to damage her image without ANY prove about the lies she says. So, IDK how that works in the USA, but in my country it is ilegal and you can get sued for that (and you'll loose). She's not giving an opinion, she's making up facts.
