I find it ridiculous that the trend now has become "let's all be negative about everything and if you dare to have a positive opinion then **** you, you're wrong." "I mean it's okay that she does this, cause she is the festival mood and wants to have fun, shout, dance and stuff but as an artist this is not highlight in her career I didn't like it but I don't care cause I know that it's a festival and she was just having fun! I don't think that comments like "**** pop music" or "We are going to sing this one because we were told to" are okay, in my opinion they're disrespectful to us but I guess that doesn't matter to. The vomit thing was horrible and I think it can't be compared to the MB interlude, it's really different, and her vocals were awful. Btw, the Gypsy speech+performance cover up the whole show cause that was really good and inspiring!" I do not like this performance…I am all for her finding out who she is and lets be honest we have all gone through different stages in our lives we are just not in front of cameras 24/7 so we didn't have millions of people judging everything that we do. I am honestly just worried about her. I do not want her to wind up like Britney…having a huge meltdown because she felt like everyone was constantly judging her and she was never perfect enough. I know Gaga says she doesnt care about critics or tabloids and how well her album is doing but i think that we need to be a little worried about her because I honestly see this as a little bit of a spiral…. What you are saying is that you don't try to interpret what is meant and that you want everything spoon fed to you which is the problem with this fan base. Would you have known what Swine was about if Gaga hadn't told us it was about rape? Would you have understood ARTPOP if Gaga hadn't explained it? These are rhetorical questions and aren't directed at you but prove my point that people don't "get" Gaga. No sorry, I do research the art behind Gaga, very much indeed. I thought u meant that u study at art academy or promotion, PR and stuff, and that u learned there that people do this kind of thing planned or so. The problem is that you make out like it's a bad thing to have a genuine like for everything that she does and it comes across as because YOU don't like something then it's not okay that someone else may like it. Some people do actually like the majority of things that she does and even though it may not be conventional or have a majority like for it, it doesn't mean that when someone does say that they like it that they are just saying it for the sake of it. I find it incredibly rude to criticise someone's opinion and accuse them of lying when they have an opinion, especially when you don't know them or have any idea where their interests lie. I also don't understand what you mean by "if you don't know shut up". What exactly is it your saying that I don't know, and why do you find it acceptable to tell someone to "shut up" as if you can boss people around like the important person you think you are? The comment of mine that you quoted above was my own interpretation. I think that the destruction of the pop star could be a possible performance piece and one that has been planned. But I could be wrong. All art is open to interpretation. No offence but it seems to me that the majority of you are all a bunch of kids that want some Ariana Grande bubblegum crap with a bit of a shock value. But the moment Gaga "looks dirty" and does something no other pop star would do people start throwing tantrums. Well Gaga is Gaga and ain't gonna conform to what people think she should be. I accept her warts and all. She might do a performance like this once in a while that isn't everybody's cup of tea but I appreciate her versatility and the meaning that she is trying to evoke to us. A lot of her fans don't appreciate the real feeling and emotion that she puts into her art. I think when she criticised Applause and pop music she was actually just having a little rant about the fact that Interscope didn't let her have full creative responsibility. She might have wanted to perform MJH, for example but got told "no, perform a recent single". I don't think she is turning her back on ARTPOP. That is ludicrous. I applaud Gaga for living up to her name and giving us something Gaga and not something mainstream. So thankyou Gaga, please continue to be yourself. Where did gaga say swine was about rape? I haven't criticized anyone, I have criticized the ATTITUDE, that is all, because it is my opinion and I just want some people to know that it doesn't matter if you don't like something she does, she is not perfect and we all have different opinions. This is what I wanted to say with my post. I've said that because you told me about being negative and I wasn't being negative, because in my post I said that I didn't like but I respected it. That is what I wanted to say with that, sorry if I was rude. I didn't mean to bossy or anything, it is just an expression, that at least in my country we use, and for everyone who doesn't speak English on this forum is sometimes stressful to express yourself, cause you cannot really say what you want or maybe is misunderstood.
