Magic 0
While overall I wasn't that into this performance, I appreciate what she was doing and how she changes it up. I love the reactions she provokes and how divisive she can be, even though I didn't really like the performance I think that that's a good thing, because once again she pushed me and challenged me as an observer of her work. Back in the day, every song I heard of hers for the first time I loathed until it grew on me and I began to appreciate it and eventually love it. I kind of miss that feeling in a way because it showed that she was doing something different, so maybe this is the case with my feelings towards this performance. Gaga has always been about challenging her audience and I felt like this time she was not challenging the 'general public' but instead her core fan base, reminding us that she is the one in charge of her image and art. The performance certainly gave me a lot to think about in that sense, BUT seriously the vocal situation was unpleasant for the most part.. I'm gonna watch it again later to see if I appreciate it more the second time around
BornSimon 4,800
I have been WAITING for a performance like this for a LONG time. I haven't been so enthralled and perplexed by a performance from her since her showcases at V fest etc back in...08/09???. I haven't seen anyone mention the fact that this b---h once staged offing herself on live television at the height of her hype as a new pop artist. Guess what. She just strengthed, deepend and completed her role as a pop icon with this perfomance - completely dividing her fanbase which she vowed and declared to do with this album. She just put herself on a spit roast at a festival, had a girl throw up on her, and splattered herself in matter that physcially made me wanna gag. She is extremely sophisticated in how she mixes it up as a pop artist from festival to festival, performance to performance, appearing as both someone out of control and difficult to comprehend and magnificent in the artifice she creates around and about herself - exposing fame/being a popstar for how it truly is. She hasn't neccesarily changed her game - and this performance wasn't without it's pitfalls - but **** she finally entertained me again. She's hard to stomach and not for the faint hearted who want her to be what she never was. I'm baffled, excited, a little bit worried and hooked once more. Took the words right out of my mouth. codymonster 8,488
Incredible performance. This is exactly what I want from Gaga. Don't ask for attitudey b---hGa if you can't handle her guys Pretty much this last bit. We complain, we end up getting what we asked for, we complain. It's a stupid cycle that needs to stop. Get off the damn site if you're not here for the Gaga experience. Cause if you've been a stan since the beginning, you'll know she's gonna keep on surprising us and keep on changing it up :legend:

Sister 9,907
I think besides Bad Romance, for me the most surprising and bad thing about this show is how sloppy it was as a whole. I've never seen Gaga be so sloppy with a performance and it looks bad on her. She is usually so professional and really into giving her best performance and singing her heart out. This show seemed like an open rehearsal and it wasn't interesting, honestly It seemed like a quick run through and like she wanted to be some where else.. The future's uncertain and the end is always near.
Optimus 298
Did she really get booed during Aura?
giskardsb 12,565
And what exactly was that statement then? Pretending to be a rock star isn't very convincing when you have songs like Fashion and Donatella on your latest album she can be a rock star and a pop star, or tonight more of a "punk-pop" star. No need to box her in.
