parfumebynordin 0
Stolen from ATRL (sorry if AP); the reactions on there were almost all "yes", but I was wondering what a board of Little Monsters would think... this https://encrypted-tbn1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRIxaiMntVBb8S9uywoIEx40tznBQ59NKVCTaa2e2hhmSJzxE-2 or this http://www.gaganews.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Lady-Gaga-ARTPOP-Promo-Pic-3.jpg
Miel 15,009
Yes, yes, yes and yes. Imagine holding it on vinyl. I'd die. Edit: Wait, I changed my mind. This cover doesn't fit the music at all This could be the cover for the art-infused alternative pop album that she'll probably never make. Nnnyeah, I agree. I remember seeing this image, the Solaris reading, the Marina Institue video, and even Applause's imagery, and thinking that there would be some sort of minimalist approach to ARTPOP. 3 points in and ready for more
Hedi 3
Yup. Just like this shoulda been the cover for BTW The BTW cover was a mess... This encapsulates the album so well: freedom, europhia(the uplifting messages in BTW), being a rebel/punk/outsider, celebration, being an individual/freak(the unicorn), s-x, pride. It's also classy, and timeless. The one that did come out was a tacky Photoshop job :( even If I have grown to tolerate it
Tokyo Rose 1,475
That image doesn't reflect the album at all. It's a beautiful picture though.
HaveAnOysterBBy 796
I feel like if this was the cover because she looks more " normal" the gp might be attracted to it alot more . If your not really a gaga fan and saw "ARTPOP" on a cd rack at a store you wouldn't immediately know that it was gaga... :smh:
Little7Monster 0
I would have been happier if the album cover was any of the Inez & Vinoodh shots. Those promo images were incredible; simple, yet deep and interesting. This one would have been awesome. And the tattoo on her arm could be the title. No flourish or art work added. Simple, clean, interesting.
