Context matters. The week Work Bitch Touch My Body came out, the only other big songs were Block B's awful "HER" and an INFINITE repackage. The week after, KPOP was basically a ghost town. But now WINNER has knocked SISTAR off #1, and I'm sure it'll fall more as Taemin and other big acts come back. And no, I'm not including Orange Caramel in that I'll be happy if they break the Top 10 with "My Copycat." Though I'm sure they'll do well on the social chart because of the video.
