If you have an issue, can't you try and work it out? Maybe getting a Mod involved will help as they could hear each side of your story - and explain things like the flame bait rule, and ask politely to stop annoying each other? My sig disappeared I can still see it - and it's still on the GGDaily server... Strange. It's because I have my signature set to girlsgenerationdaily.com/signature.png And I change the file to what I want it as - so for now I have a 2x2 pixel white square as my sig - and then I just rename something signature.png so I don't have to go to settings every time and change it.
