The entire country was discussing the allegations against Woody Allen. R. Kelly's past was being discussed again by the media because of the release of new court documents. Had Interscoup released the Do What U Want video it would have received a tremendous amount of negative press. Gaga would be vilified for singing a duet with a rapist and having an accused pervert direct the video. It would have been a PR nightmare. So for them to even address the video's cancelation would draw attention to an issue they would rather just have go away. It's really a shame R. He produces the songs, maybe does some other stuff, but he isn't involved in the video process no doubt. Anyway, he's no doubt been TOLD to not say anything. SO - being not of the norm, I don't really care... because some awesome artist that are not known as Gaga have awesome music with no videos. HOWEVER we all know if that video came out we'd be on top of it like Girl Under You if you know what I mean. Seriously though. Song deserves a video out of all the music she has released, this one, is unique and deserves to be up there... I'm so confused by today's top ten.... really. I'm not gonna lie I'd definitely be really stoked if DWUW had gotten its vid but my point was that I was never really expecting a video. I was actually quite confused for a bit because I thought we were still going to get the venus video Anyway I guess there always still the chance that she'll release the video through the app?
