Donatello 129
Luc also sued Gaga if Im not wrong. Nope. Luc only threatened to sue the author of Rivington Was Ours, better known as the extra in the Just Dance video. He's actually hellbent on steering clear of Gaga association and being known as a superstar's ex.
XoXoJoanneGaga 629
So we are supporting the comments of the ex boyfriend who is suing Gaga now?... You flop ****ing fans. Her creative team would be nothing without its central brain, Gaga. Where are all their flop asses now? Not making headlines. This is what happens when your ego gets too big and you start thinking you are Gaga and that she isn't a creative powerhouse in her own right. GTFO -------> Dada's gone on to do great work with artists like Kanye. He helped design his tour + merch and he has his own clothing line now
Samuel 3
God damnit. As much as I love ARTPOP (album) I really REALLY don't think she'll ever execute something as good as TFM ever again. I think she just bought into her own hype and believed she was the soul driving force behind her success, when in reality it was dozens of people working behind the scenes constructing the best image they could for her... Gaga NEEDS a new team. But I don't think she'll sacrifice the friendships she has with Tara, Teri and Paul in order to get ahead. Regardless, Gaga sure as hell wants to be back on top. Celina 118
Just to add to that - he left because Gaga got 'too exhausting' and changed too many times (12) a day. Could Gaga not have given him some slack for a while, understand his concerns, and halved that for a while? Now she just wears two a day anyway? Where was Nicola's negotiation? It always seems like Gaga is untouchable when it comes to communication. Everyone seems to have an unpleasant experience upon leaving. They never come back to her/reunite too. Says a lot about her tbh. If she's untouchable, why is she so close to the people she works with? And those "unpleasant experiences" aren't exactly unreasonable, and they say nothing about her aside from the fact that she's willing to stand up for her own vision. for standing up for what she creates? I'm proud of Gaga for not conforming to anyone else's visions or letting Lauriann or Troy alter them. No. We know nothing about communication behind the scenes so it's completely unclear. We have no knowledge of what happens so you are making a pretty bold statement about something you know nothing about. And he communication is definitely not **** with her fans. She communicates more with her fans than any other artist. - Dada left on his own. Gaga did not let him go - I agree. - Nicola left on his own so she had no choice but to replace him. And Gaga's fashion is fine. Also, all Gaga wore toward the end of her time with Nicola was Mugler and it was so boring. I miss Dada and the work they created together, but you guys all act as if he was the glue holding everything together. She has done just fine without him and will continue to. They all worked for Gaga and created what came to Gaga's mind. For example: Gaga came up with the fire bra. Dada just made it. I simply CANNOT at you guys doubting Gaga as a creative person and acting as if she can't come up with anything now that those people are gone. :applause: People don't give her enough credit for the ideas associated with that time period. Also, some of those people moved on to other projects on their own, and those who didn't were left behind or fired because Gaga was standing up for her own vision, which isn't always an easy thing to do, especially in her case since she seems to get very close to the people she works with. Even if things aren't impeccable, I applaud her for not being afraid to make those kinds of decisions.
zack 15
It's true, she had the best team possible during TF and TFM, and they really helped her become big.
VFD 57
I agree, that was truly the Dream Team. However, it's understandable that it wouldn't last forever, so I'm not pressed about it. :) This reminds me of how thankful Gaga was with The Haus. She always made sure to give them credit for all their hard work after a performance or outfit showcase. The power of a good team and marketing... Katy has amazing marketing and a great team, while she as a (live) artist is just Gaga is an amazing artist and performer, but has a bad team and bad marketing nowadays... We all know how this turned out.. I don't think it can be broken down that easily. While it is true that Gaga has been facing a hard time BTS with her team, there are also other things to weigh in. For example, Katy's image is much, much easier to market, simply because she's hardly polarizing. She appeals to a broader audience, although arguably to a lesser extent. But from a commercial standpoint, Katy's a safer route.
Valextra 58
She needs that team back, or at least very similar to that!
Whispering 18,865
If Gaga had such a huge ego problem that caused all these people to leave, then why did all their #1 assistants stay and take their job? Do people somehow think these assistants, who likely did most of the day to day work, were blinded to all these issues that caused the others to go? If things sucked that bad, wouldn't the assistants have gone elsewhere themselves? Good question! Also, why did Bobby and Gaga's day to day manager stay with her and leave Troy's company? Schwerk 7,243
Confirming what everybody was saying all along. Without them, she's been reduced to 5% of her former self, because she hasn't replaced them with equally capable people. 5% of her former self? Wow, thats rude. I get what you mean but come on! Why are you still here if she has become so irrelevant or incapable to you? According to Gaga I'm a ****ing rad bitch
badgalriri 1,124
:trootea: It was a well delivered project - hopefully we can have the remainder of the ARTPOP project in some similar, organised and executed fashion too late for that
giskardsb 12,565
too late for that no it's not. The "GP" is barely cognizant of album releases and certainly aren't thinking of them much a few months after. Mostly all they care about is what they hear on the radio at any time and watching videos when they come outl. The "GP" is not sitting around going "Gaga has screwed up this era, where is the video... bleah bleah". Thats just her "fans".

I have to agree, I'm not sure why people are so obsessed with "eras" when 99.9% of the population isn't following this stuff at all. There's no reason why Gaga can't come back with an amazing video for the 3rd single and have it slay. As long as she chooses a song that radio will actually play (Gypsy or G.U.Y.), she'll be fine. Thats just her "fans". tbh this is factual. but this era can't thrive w/o videos to push singles with REAL potential (DWUW) to the number 1 spot on billboard. not that it matters but it's what will save this era. At this point i think the era is dead and she should just move on. nothing but criticism all era long from fans and critics so i think it's best she moves on and finds a new idea and sticks with it and makes it a consistent album that has a similar theme. the art theme was WAY too bland and generic for it to have a cohesive theme that really stuck without the several slowing points on ARTPOP… and that was basically the main complaint with ARTPOP across all platforms. Too late for you, my dear. 2014 hasnt ended yet but this era has
