The chances of Gaga announcing ACT 2 at the end of this Blackout?

So I was thinking that maybe at the end of this mini blackout, GAGA might announce the coming of ACT 2.

 

She has said that the wait will be worth it, which can mean that new music, era, videos, looks are coming. Also in a couple of interviews around the release of ACT 1, she did say that she wants to put out ACT 2 before the start of the Tour.

 

What if her & her team are prepping for ACT 2? Maybe that's the reason for this mini blackout? 

 

Maybe she'll announce it just like she announced ARTPOP back in July, with a promo pic etc all of a sudden!

 

What do you think the chances of that happening are? OR Do you think she'll continue with ACT 1, and is just taking a lil break?

As much as I like the idea of Act II, and as much as I think its still a big possibility.....I have this weird over-arching feeling that that is just never going to come to fruition. I just feel like its another idea that has a big maybe on it. I mean ARTPOP is a great record but the GP hasn't really heard it the way they could have. Poor promotion, broken promises (shouldn't we know the sequel to Telephone by now?) and the fact that every time Gaga has promoted it it has been a B or C level camp performance compared to what she usually does. Nothing this era has been groundbreaking for me the way F/FM/BTW were.

She is most likely not going to record new material for ACT 2. She already has 70 songs spare.

I think she'll release it before she goes to space because those events will more than likely bring in major promo for the album. But it definitely won't be out before the first and second legs of the tour.

 

She's not going to wait that long just to put out act 2, if she waits until 2015 to release something it would be a whole new album/concept

There were pictures of her in a studio since the album came out, and she was still recording for the album up until like last minute and got great songs out of it like Venus so Im hoping she has written some more new material in that direction

30 months to make 70 songs/demos/lyrics. Not just the 15 track album we got.

I wonder if she would ever consider putting out act 2 and then choosing singles back and forth from both parts. I don't know if this has been done before or if Gaga would do that.

She is most likely not going to record new material for ACT 2. She already has 70 songs spare.

Isn't that number for songs that were written? She even referred to some of those as "songs in bits and pieces". It's a long road from pieces of songs to demos to final products. Gaga doesn't have 70 finished ready-to-go songs setting around. NO ONE does that, because no one has the kind of money, resources or time to do something like that.

 

Chances are she has a bunch of demos, a few songs in progress, and a few songs that were almost finished but didn't make the final cut. I'm not sure what good an Act 2 with a bunch of songs that were left behind would do now, except get possibly look desperate and bring her brand down. A second act, this soon, is going to look somewhere between desperate to putting out rejects for the fans.
