aaronyoji 2,054 Posted January 31, 2014 Share Posted January 31, 2014 Pretty sure there are a lot of things named after him I know that he had his own label part of Casablanca records, and he helped to propel disco into mainstream, and helped Daft Punk with RAM Plus he has over 200 Gold/Platinum (and multiplatinum) records under his belt, so I def would LOVE to see him work with Gaga since this is an innovative man who has seen it all, and Gaga is an artistic with a new vision, so I can see only big things coming from a duo Plus, he was the first to pioneer recording a track before recording the vocals (extremely common if not the norm nowadays) ohhh yeah! okay i knew that name sounded familiar. that would be awesome. I think whilst the album is a lot cleaner than BTW it does sound overproduced/less clean in some areas such as MJH but I think these are Gaga's vocals more than anything as the instrumental alone isn't as bad at all. pezzz 0 Posted January 31, 2014 Share Posted January 31, 2014 When i listened to all the official instrumentals, i say this not to be hypercritical, but in a lot of instances the vocals and lyrics really detract from the production. For instance, Swine has some very intriguing nuances that you do not hear over her vocals. It can and should stand on its own.
