ELECTRAHEARTPOP 93 Posted January 30, 2014 Share Posted January 30, 2014 Have any of you considered that due to what many - including Interscope, I suspect - have percieved as a poor commercial performance from ARTPOP Act I, that Act II might premiere free on Gaga TV with the stems from both Acts releasing as well?
