Edit: Oh, and I thought the problem with Troy was he was working her too hard? AKA getting her ****ing album out there. Edit 2: Innovation. those posters were put up by fans. her promo was pretty good. For example, with DWUW there was the AMAs, SNL, and The Voice. I know a lot of people are gonna be up in arms about this saying she's only surrounding herself with yes-men, but the thing about processes like Gaga's career is that if you want things to go smoothly, you can't have someone who is so fundamentally different to you as Troy was to Gaga. There must be a balance. And considering that none of know know the dynamics of Gaga's and Bobby's professional relationship, I am willing to trust that he's Prudent enough to say yes AND NO. this, i mean gaga has stated many times that her ideas get the truth. she listens to her team, thats where theyre there. its a full collaboration with others and people who claim shes some ego maniac who is surrounded by yes people are assholes who dont really know how the haus works. It affects peoples perception of her. When they say how low her album sales are? How badly she is "flopping"? Maybe they should have thought of that when the marketing department decided they should sell her last album for 99c. But I would have liked to see someone from the outside of her clique come in and help her out. Guess she just doesn't trust people outside of her friends. Let's see how he does his job though. Basically. I wish she'd stop hiring close friends, that's semi of what has gotten her into this mess. But, time will tell. Maybe it'll be good. I was hoping the replacement would be an outsider to shake things up and revitalise the haus - a flower won't flourish if it has sat in the same worn-out soil for many years.
