(Justin aka G U Y figured this one out). A lot of people are speculating tonight's dinner is the "party" Gaga was planning before the album release date announcement. Well, here's my idea. Gaga is cooking tonight for her closest friends, family, and people who've helped make ARTPOP possible. This is their last chance to relax together before she goes right into ARTPOP promo and is busy with promo and being on the road. DJWS said we'll find out about this dinner.
