Rebelde 268 Posted May 2, 2013 Share Posted May 2, 2013 even if it sounded like bad romance though it wouldve been popular if the production wasnt so obnoxious. its like an assault to the ear drums. i mean i like it and everything but i would've never thought it would be a popular single and not even just because of its religious references. to me people often blame its failure on the lyrical content but in all honesty i think a lot of it also has to do with the way it sounds. i think it can easily be perceived as annoying. I've been compulsively lurking on this thread since last fall and its time for me to come out of the shadows and join you. He was doing his #DANCEDOWN in Houston and they were teaching the class how to dance to Telephone and a Judas/Scheisse remix! When the class was over he gave a cute story of Gaga about how when she first came to rehearsals in 2008 Richard laughed at her, because he said she was going to cause problems for the industry in a good way! Then, they all sat and asked Richard questions and someone asked about ARTPOP and he laughed and tried avoiding the questions!
