I think it's slightly preposterous when fans underwhelm themselves into thinking we aren't receiving any news until the summer or fall. I highly doubt we'll have to wait for the fall for new music. My predictions is still a first single in June, July the latest. If none of my predictions come true I won't even be mad because I know no matter how long the wait for ARTPOP is, I'm still gonna be kissing her ass and still be a fan regardless.
