Those neurotransmitters may rewire parts of the brain thus enabling neural pathways into areas inaccessible before. It results in artistic excellence, and mathematical supremacy. (Sorry, I'm quoting my biology paper ) I also remember reading (off of wikipedia, so I'm wary of trusting this) that brain cells only die if you are smoking weed in adolescence which ends in... the twenties for everyone, but I'm not sure whether it stops early twenties for women or mid twenties.
